About Call Window
Open and upcoming EU funding calls from the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, sorted by deadline, programme and type of action — with plain-English guides to applying.
Who it is for
small businesses, startups, researchers, universities, NGOs and grant consultants in Europe and beyond looking for EU funding calls they can apply to.
Guides are researched from official documentation, changelogs and other public sources. Each guide lists its sources and the date it was checked, so you can verify the details yourself.
Editorial policy
- We research official docs, pricing pages, terms and changelogs, and cite them inline
- We never invent experiences, tests or results; when something is unknown we say so
- Recommendations include who it is not for, limitations and cost; affiliate links are disclosed at the top
- Guides are reviewed and updated regularly (the update date is shown)

Data source and reuse
Funding call data comes from the EU Funding & Tenders Portal (European Commission), read once a day through the portal's public search service. We keep facts only: identifiers, titles, programme, opening and deadline dates, budget and type of action, with a link to the official topic page. We do not copy call texts and do not keep personal data.
The portal's legal notice points to the European Commission legal notice, which states (checked 17 October 2026):
“Unless otherwise indicated (e.g. in individual copyright notices), content owned by the EU on this website is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This means that reuse is allowed, provided appropriate credit is given and changes are indicated.”
Changes we make: we reorganise the data into lists by programme, deadline and type of action, shorten titles for page headings and add counts calculated from the data. Call Window is independent and unofficial; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the European Commission or any EU agency. Always check the official topic page before you apply.
How guides are made
Guides on Call Window are bylined Aoba Works, the publisher. They are drafted with AI assistance. The drafting step reads the official documentation, pricing pages and other primary sources and links each factual claim to its source. Before publishing, every draft goes through an automated editorial check that rejects unsourced claims about products, prices or limits, invented experiences or test results, hype and income promises. Publishing is automated; we do not claim hands-on testing.
Older guides are re-checked against current official sources on a rolling schedule; when a guide changes, the update date shown on it changes too. Each guide shows its publication date (and update date) and a short note on how it was made.
Data pages (lists, deadlines and counts) are generated once a day directly from the public data sources named on each page. They are not written by AI.
Advertising and affiliate links
Some guides may contain affiliate links. When a guide does, a disclosure appears at the top of that guide. Commissions never decide what we recommend, and sponsored content is not published as editorial content.
